Teresa brings over 20 years of service and administration experience in Group Insurance and Individual Disability & Life Insurance. She has worked with some of our biggest insurance companies and financial institutions in Canada . Nine years with Great West Life as the Office Supervisor and Senior Service Representative and eight years with RBC Insurance (Westbury Life, Paul Revere & Provident) as an Account Consultant.
Teresa is responsible for the overall business client administration and service for our office. She has Baicorp & BaiTrak Staff reporting to her, and works closely with the Sales Team to ensure our business relationships continue to be professional, efficient and rewarding. |

Pam has over 25 years experience working within both the brokerage and insurance carrier side of the insurance spectrum where she achieved her FLMI and HIAA designations, in addition to her Life Insurance License.
Pam’s areas of expertise include employee benefit administration; conducting competitive market research; analysis of group renewals & group underwriting; and ensuring customer satisfaction is always being met.
